Why Isn’t My HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Transfer Sticking?
Exact model: HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Gen 1 (HPM15)
Safety: Unplug and allow the platen to cool before inspecting; never open a live heating enclosure.

Start with the accessible checks
What this suggests: Transfer failure may come from the wrong material cycle, adhesive facing the wrong way, premature peeling or a raised seam preventing even contact; not every failure means the machine cannot heat.
What to do
- Identify PU HTV, glitter HTV, sublimation or other transfer and follow its vendor's peel instructions.
- The original HPM15 manual gives starting examples such as PU HTV 145–155°C for 15 seconds, glitter HTV 150–160°C for 15 seconds and sublimation paper roughly 180–200°C for 35–45 seconds.
- Prepress a flat, dry garment, keep zipper seams away from the design, orient the adhesive to the fabric and apply a supported protective sheet.

If the problem remains after the first checks
What to do
- For an incompletely bonded suitable transfer, manufacturer guidance describes a protected 10–15 second re-press where the material allows it.
- Do not use an Auto Heat Press 2 pressure menu on the original HPM15.
Confirm the repair
Test on scrap first; corners stay bonded after the specified hot/cold peel and normal cooling. A warped or incompatible fabric needs a different process, not repeated hotter pressing.
